VetCall business hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday.

Limited housecalls are available in the early evenings and on Saturday afternoons to accommodate pet owners that work during the week.

If you are concerned that your pet is very sick or injured it is best that you call your local veterinary clinic or emergency centre immediately.

Appointments can be made by phone, SMS or e-mail. If your phone call is not answered straight away, please leave a message and your call will be returned  ASAP.
